Open your Bible and read Hebrews 4:14-16
“The wicked flee when no one pursues, but the righteous are bold as a lion.”
Proverbs 28:1 · ESVBoldness is not a personality type. It is a byproduct. Look at what the verse actually says. It is the RIGHTEOUS who are bold as a lion. Not the loud, not the naturally confident, not the ones who have been walking with God for thirty years. The righteous. That is you, from day one, because Jesus made you righteous.
People run when no one is chasing them because deep down they expect to be caught and exposed. When you know your record is clean before God, there is nothing left to hide from. That is where courage comes from.
So walk into His presence today with your head up. The writer of Hebrews says to draw near to the throne of grace with confidence. Not with an apology. With confidence.
