Open your Bible and read James 5:13-18
“Therefore, confess your sins to one another and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person has great power as it is working.”
James 5:16 · ESVJesus healed people. He told His followers to go do the same. That instruction was never withdrawn, and it was not reserved for a special class of Christian.
Now the honest part. You will pray for people and sometimes nothing visible will happen. That is real and you need to hear it before it happens to you instead of after. When it does, do not turn on the sick person and do not let anyone tell them their faith was too small. That is cruel, it is not in the text, and it adds a weight to a suffering person that Jesus never put there. Keep their doctors, keep their treatment, and keep praying.
Look at what James says has great power. The prayer of a righteous person. That is you. Not because you performed well, but because He made you righteous.
So pray. Leave the outcome with Him and keep asking.
