Open your Bible and read Hebrews 13:8-16
“Through him then let us continually offer up a sacrifice of praise to God, that is, the fruit of lips that acknowledge his name.”
Hebrews 13:15 · ESVNotice the word sacrifice. A sacrifice costs you something. On the days worship costs you nothing because your heart is already full, it is not a sacrifice, it is overflow. Both are good. But the flat days are where something real gets built.
You will have mornings when you feel absolutely nothing. Numb, distracted, dry as a bone. That is not backsliding and it is not proof that God pulled away. It is just Tuesday.
Worship anyway. Sing it out loud when your feelings are not cooperating. That is when praise becomes an offering instead of a reaction, and He receives it as one. You are a priest, and priests bring the offering whether or not they woke up inspired.
Feelings follow attention far more often than they lead it. Give Him your attention first and watch what happens to your heart on the third song.

“I offer a sacrifice of praise. My worship is not run by my feelings, it is run by who He is.”
